Frequently asked questions
Do we need authorisation to install cameras?
Yes. In Morocco, CCTV and biometrics fall under Law 09-08 and require CNDP authorisation. We prepare the technical elements of the file.
How many days of recording?
It depends on your needs and on the authorisation granted. We size storage from the number of cameras, resolution and retention period.
Can access control, CCTV and fire share one workstation?
Yes, depending on the product ranges chosen. We plan for it from the design stage.
Do you take over maintenance of a system installed by someone else?
Yes, after an audit of the existing system. Part of our current contracts work this way.
Card or biometrics?
A card is enough for most doors. For sensitive rooms we combine card, PIN and fingerprint.
