Frequently asked questions
Category 6 or 6A?
Category 6A carries 10 Gbit/s over 90 m and suits current Wi-Fi access points. For an installation meant to last, it is what we recommend.
Single-mode or multimode fibre?
Multimode suits short runs within a building or room. Single-mode is the choice for long distances and links between buildings.
Will we receive test reports?
Yes. Every copper link is certified and every fibre measured; reports are handed over with the drawings at acceptance.
Can you work in occupied buildings?
Yes. Works are organised by zone, and network cut-overs planned with your IT team.
Do you take over existing cabling?
Yes: audit, testing, tidying of racks and labelling, then extensions.
A cabling or network project?
Call or write to us. We start with a site visit and a first technical opinion, with no commitment.
